The Analytics & Modeling Team is part of the Marketing Department. It caters to the various Analytics requirements of the Organisation across Teams / Departments.
The scope consists of Exploratory Core Business Analytics Studies / Projects, Campaign Analytics & Campaign Management, Statistical Modeling & Scoring, Forecasting / Projections, Automation & Database Management (mainly Analytical Data mart).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Attains extensive knowledge of Business Verticals and internalises the Learnings.
- Leads Customer Analytics Project engagements end-to-end, including implementation.
- Responsible for multiple Studies.
- Develops and applies new ways of solving Organisational Business problems.
- Manages Analytics Client (internal, as well as external) relationships.
- Ensures Project Archival and Documentation by Team Members.
- Grooms, Trains, and mentors junior Team Members.
- Helps in Hiring, growing talent, and Performance Management.
- Responsible for taking the Analytics Team to the next level
