Job Title :General manager - BD- Business Development

Company: A Leading Construction Company (Our Client)

Location :Kolkata

Qualification : B.E. Civil

Experience: 15 - 20 yrs

Reporting to : Head - Eastern India operations, Kolkata

Key Responsibilities: Enhance the relationships with the clients & draw maximum enquires for the Business Development & achieve predetermine TGT for Eastern region.

Duties and responsibilities:

For Business Development:

- To identify new projects as per the Business Plan.

- Study the feasibility of the projects in terms of location, resources etc.

- Study the Financial strength of the promoters of the project.

- Ensure receipt of the enquires from the clients or the consultants.

- Timely and accurate preparation & submission of prequalification papers to various clients/consultants as per their requirements and to ensure that the company will be pre qualified.

Requirement:

- Candidate should have 15+ years of total experience

- Candidate should be B.E./B.Tech (Civil)

- Candidate should be currently working in a CONSTRUCTION company only.

- Candidate should have good experience in BD and Tendering.
