Main Responsibilities:

1. Achieving business goals and revenue targets.

2. Grow Market Share - Analyse and identify new OEMs to widen market base / new businesses from existing OEM customer base for enhanced revenue generation.

3. Design and implement new sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth in assigned sales market.

4. Manage marketing strategies for the OEM channel

5. Interact with the prospect buyers/customers in order to reinforce the marketing strategies of the company.

6. Prepare long term OEM sales and service contracts

7. Ensure completion of all commercial contracts, adhering to commercial terms and market conditions.

8. Manage deal pricing and other sales proposal activities

9. Coordinate with quality department about the OEM product's quality or safety issues.

10. Work well with all the cross-functional department to develop product functionality specifically needed to win the OEM sales.

11. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.

12. Build strong relationships with existing & new customers

13. Manage, guide & train to all team members to achieve company profit generation targets.

14. Analyze markets to obtain latest trends, customer needs, competitors' position and depth of customer base to re-design marketing strategy.

15. Maintain the OEM product's competitiveness by recommending an effective pricing program.
