DGM/AGM/GM/Head - Construction Management - Civil

Education- B.E /B.Tech (Civil)

Experience-20+ Years in Site Management, Execution, Project Management handling huge Infra projects

Experience- Hardcore 20+ years of experience in Construction Management of Mega Infrastructure Projects.

Projects - Can be from Airport (Preferred), Malls, Commercial, Bridges, Runways, Roads, Highways.

People from Residential background will not be considered

Volume of Projects - Must have handled minimum of 1000+ crore project Independently

Location - Should be flexible for Anywhere in India

Key Responsibilities :

1. Heading the construction works and all Allied works in totality towards timely delivery of the project.

2. Lead the team ,Consultant PMC and Contractors to resolve construction related issues in a time bound manner so that work is not held up due to lack of decisions on ground Resolution of issues on time bound .manner

3. Strong construction and project management acumen to identify risks in advance and mitigation of risks such that the risks do not escalate into contractual conflicts

4.Risk identification and mitigation

5. Able to lead the team, develop and improve team skills, keep the team motivated at all time and has a strong base of technical knowledge upgradation of self and team to always be abreast of latest technologies and tools
