DGM/AGM - Finance Transformation - Record to Report - BPO

We are looking for a DGM/ AGM - F&A transformation/ Re-Engineering/ Consulting professional with expertise into Record to report transformation.

- CA/CPA/CWA/ MBA from Premier B schools with relevant 8 yrs+ experience into R2R Ops/ RE-Engineering domain MUST

- Should have strong domain expertise into R2R/ Closing & Reporting BPO Ops.

- Must possess excellent English communication skills

- Must have extensive experience into International BPOs/Big 4 Advisory for R2R Transformation.

- Independent client handling skills till closure

- Strong Documentation skills

- Must be experienced/ knowledge of the latest tools & Technologies used in the F&A transformation including RPA/ BlockChain etc

- Ability to assess 'AS IS' process of the client, Suggest "TO BE" Process and figure out all the gaps and suggests accordingly.

- Due Diligence, Effort estimation & Solution Designing for Offshoring, Pre offshoring F&A transformation consulting projects.

- Consulting Mindset to lead the closure - Capability showcasing

- Proficient in the MS visio and other tools to successfully perform the job.

- Must be comfortable to travel to client locations as per the requirements.

- Open to work in the client hours during project days (Normal days shift will be UK Shift)
