DGM/AGM - Business Development - Land Acquisition - Real Estate

- The Brain behind the deal with thorough knowledge and understanding of the entire deal Detailed Financial Modelling Should be able to do detailed Cash Flows, IRRs, Scenario Analysis.

- Thorough with FSI Calculations under various development options in DCR understanding the potential of the plot, development potential of the plot, important milestones in project execution, and risk associated with each project milestone.

- Should be able to liaise with law firms, technical experts, tax auditors etc. for deal evaluations, structuring and due diligence.

- Should have a good understanding of legal matters, including litigation Must have detailed orientation about the Project.

- Conceptualization of new real estate projects from Land acquisition to hand over of projects. It includes from Land acquisition to Approvals, Launching and Completion of projects.
