DGM/AD Learning and Development
- Identify Training need analysis through Knowledge & Skill mapping of employees (Partner closely with Engineering/Service & Fulfillment teams/Business/Functional teams to- assess and evaluate learning needs).
- As a Learning partner oversee the development of training curriculum; review training outlines and determine appropriate instructional methods and formats for in-house and vendor-led training.
- Anchor & Facilitate ; New hire onboarding learning solution, mandatory learning programs within organization , facilitate frontline to mid management development programs and foundational Business Acumen Program.
- Content curation & delivery ; Based on assessed need, analyze, design, develop, implement & evaluate the learning programs (Design workshops, courses and assessments in accordance with the skill gap determined ) (Like first time manager program, concepts for goal setting, problem solving, negotiation skills, conflict resolution etc. , Key process training for managerial development).
- Development and deployment of blended learning solutions across business verticals from frontline /Individual contributors up to Sr Manager/AD level.
- Create and own SOPs, learning strategies and developmental programs directed towards enhancing consumer centric approach and other tenants of our culture like result orientation, innovation etc.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness/business impact, ROI and utilize relevant evaluation data to revise intervention designs
- Manage L&D Budget effectively.
