DGM ( Accounts Payable ) -- Global Accounting -- MNC Shared Services Co

- Enhance overall finance function effectiveness, through global standardization, best practices and scale

- Act as key supplier of financial talent for the global finance organization

- Maintain overall finance compliance and provide policy adherence

- Deliver services to agreed levels of timeliness and accuracy

- Improve service levels to subsidiaries

- Flexible enough to evolve as customer base expands and as the centre matures (e.g., efficiency, skills and experience).

- Provide service to the regional centres

- The Accounts Payable Lead will focus on overseeing the Accounts Payable team and will be a focal point for managing overall P2P function at the Global Centre

- The Accounts Payable Process Lead is responsible to manage overall P2P function and activities at the global centre .

- Confirm AP close to Accounting & Reporting and Performance Review team

- Facilitate migration of P2P activities from subsidiaries to the global centre

- Central contact point and internal point of escalation for Accounts Payable process issues

- Work with other process teams as required to support key issue resolution

- The enforcement of Approval Policies & Limits, while supervising the adequate SOX Reviews and documentation, managing the re mediation of any exceptions

Manage a team performing day to day process activities as follows :

- Process the supplier invoices

- Ensures the delivery of a high quality, business focused service in accordance with SLA's

- Documentation and queries assigned in a timely and accurate manner in SAP

Query reconciliation activities :

Candidate Requirement :

- Should have 15 + yrs experience Post C.A, with manufacturing experience will be an added advantage

- Should have a strong exposure in -- " Accounts Payable Role"

- Should be a End User working on -- SAP Platform

- Team Management -- "Minimum 30 nos ( Direct / Indirect reportee ) - in your current role"
