DGM - Accounts & Finance - FMCG - CA

We are seeking a DGM - Finance & Accounts with the expertise in leading financial and management accounting. This will be a great opportunity to work directly with the leadership team, and will be responsible for overseeing statutory audits, ensuring implementation of strategic tasks, reporting and updates.

The role will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Preparation of financial & performance reports, assist departments with annual budgets and reviews, internal control and tax studies.

- Spearheading various reporting processes viz. profitability statements, variance reports of Budget, key ratios & PL for segment/brand

- Prepare financial Statements of SVPL and ASPL and consolidated financial statements

- Supervision of stock verification and support closure of Statutory Audits

- Participate in strategic activities & its effective implementation

- XBRL Filing, support for tax audit & proofreading

- External valuation from valuer e.g. share valuation, option pricing, business valuation, etc.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS :

- CA/CA Inter with 8-10 years of experience

- Expertise in preparation of financial statements

- Exposure to SAP environment, Tax Audit, GST & VAT

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
