Key Account Manager E-Commerce
- End to end management of the Ecommerce channel for our products by leveraging key partnerships with industry leading E Commerce partners.
- Lead and drive DFM's online sales revenue (ecommerce), strategy formation and execution across e-retailers, e-distributors, online platforms.
- Responsible for managing supply chain operations and end to end customer management, sales growth of the accounts.
- Manage appropriate product promotions on all E Commerce platforms in collaboration with the Marketing team - consumer promos, visibility etc.
- On-board new accounts - lead commercial discussions and list on new ecommerce platforms
- Identify, quantify, and define feature enhancements to improve our service offerings based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps with competitive products.
- Deeply understand customer behaviour, develop new customer insights and implement industry best practices.
- Analysing account performance and developing business to grow revenue from accounts.
Preferred Profile:
- 4-8 years of E-commerce key account management for a FMCG company; preferably in foods
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels in the organization
- Strong analytics background - good with problem solving and data analysis skills
- Ability to connect with people across teams and levels
- Project management skills for setting up & tracking progress of initiatives
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed college
