Dezerv - Finance Manager

This position will play a key role in the organization's long-term financial security. The Finance Manager will collaborate with the executive management team to analyze department finances and develop budgets that will keep the company's costs down.

What you'll do?

- Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company

- Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team

- Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents

- Set up processes for cash flow tracking, expense management, revenue reconciliation, accounting coordination, GST and TDS compliances

- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles

- Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations

What are we looking for?

- Chartered accountant with ~5 years of experience in finance controls

- Fintech or startup experience is preferable

- History of building and running agile processes

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Good data interpretation and presentation skills
