Dezerv - Associate Product Manager

What are you expected to do?

1. Understand the investment space and translate problem statements in to product requirements

2. Have overall responsibility of your product strategy and roadmap to drive the overall success of the product

3. Understand industry complexities and processes and adapt for different customer segments

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to set up processes and measure key business metrics smoothly

5. Monitor health of your products throughout their entire product life cycle

6. Data-driven approach to product enhancements, identifying opportunity areas and contributing to the product roadmap, prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus

What are we looking for?

1. Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience

2. Have prior experience in the fintech domain; industry knowledge

3. Ability to translate complex information to standardised user journeys

4. Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams across the company to reach end objective

5. Willing to constantly engage with the customers to strategize on new initiatives or improve current experience

6. High ownership with ability to work independently
