What we're looking for:
We are looking at a curious and enthusiastic marketing associate, who can be our go-to for all things marketing operations and help us scale marketing efforts by being the central support engine.
Responsibilities :
Research/Data driven :
1. Create reports for marketing function, with core metrics tracking
2. Keep records of historical marketing campaigns and also bifurcate the same by date/channel and etc.
3. Track performance and social media channel numbers (ad performance, conversions, social media post impressions/clicks and engagements at daily/weekly/monthly level)
4. Keep track of product funnel till the first transaction of the user
Support driven:
1. Support the marketing team with design coordination work
2. Help in executing offline event related tasks, from design or vendor coordination
3. Create monthly/quarterly reports on overall marketing efforts and outcomes
4. Maintain repository of all top performing social media posts, performance ad creatives and offline collaterals/brochures and etc.
5. Keep list of all daily podcast, blogs and youtube videos to identify repurposing opportunity for better cross domain interlinking
6. Aid in ensuring blogs have high target keyword density and keywords in hashtags and meta descriptions of youtube.
7. Aid in interlinking between hub and nodal blogs . Monitor Buzzsumo for new content topics
8. Help the content strategy team with execution support during shoot of podcasts and other videos requirements
Qualifications
- Preferably 2 years experience in marketing operations, generalist roles
- Should have worked hands on on social media and seo related projects
- Good to have: MBA from Tier 1/2 college
- Candidates who have experience in agency would be preferred
