Job Profile:

- We are looking to hire 1 candidate for the role Senior Associate/AVP/VP for Mumbai location

JD/KRAs :

Senior Associate/AVP/VP:

- A candidate desirous to join at Senior Associate/AVP/VP level should be able to handle both origination and execution work independently and lead the Transaction end to end.

Desired Profile:

- Should possess strong analytical ability

- Should have strong skills in creation of financial model, IM, Pitch Deck, Teasers etc

- Should have prior experience of working in a boutique Investment Bank

- Should have previous deal closure experience

- Should have good connect with entrepreneurs across sectors

- Should be able to work in a non-process oriented environment

- Should demonstrate a desire to succeed

- Should be ready to meet tough deadlines

- Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills and people skills

- Should be ready to travel at short notice

- Should have excellent connect with entrepreneurs community

- Should have excellent connect with Investor community (i.e both PE & VC funds)

Educational Qualification & Experience Criterion :

- Engineer from top 20 colleges in India or

- an MBA from a top 15 B-School

- CA from top ranking college

- At least 3 years working in a front end IB role

- If candidate has clear some levels of CFA that will be preferred

- Prior experience with boutique I-banking firms will be preferred
