Position: AVP/VP/Director

Location: Bangalore

Front End Deal Making experience: 6+ years

What's required:

1. Good network with Promoters/Entrepreneurs to source high quality mandates

2. Ability to independently originate and lead Series C+ transactions. Should be able to take complete ownership of transactions i.e., from sourcing to end to end execution

3. Exceptional network and relationships with investors - PE/VC Funds, Family Offices (both in India & abroad) - to market deals

4. Strong academic pedigree:

a. MBA (Top US/UK MBA Grad Schools/INSEAD/IIMs/ISB)

b. Top tier undergrad (IIT/BITS) & CFA (minimum L2 should have been cleared)

c. CA rank holders / CFA (L2+)

d. MBA (FMS/XLRI/SPJIMR/IMT/JBIMS & other reputed institutes) + CFA (L2+)

5. Experience of end-to-end closure of at least 4 deals as a Deal Lead (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

6. In-depth understanding & network in at least 2 sectors (Dexter focuses on tech, tech-enabled, consumer as well as social impact sectors)

7. Should have led a team of analysts/associates in the past

8. Ability to work in a flat, non-hierarchical environment & readiness to meet tight deadlines

9. Excellent oral and written communication skills, people skills and strong analytical capabilities

10. Willingness to travel at short notice
