- Currently we are looking for a communications specialist who has a proven experience in building go-to-market strategy and digital presence for Fintech or SaaS or consumer product.

- You will be working alongside a dedicated team of founders and product managers. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product. You will be responsible for creating and executing brand strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive brand recognition and loyalty. Job Responsibilities:

- Create and coordinate launch plans and Go-to-Market

- Define buyer personas

- Craft positioning and messaging to highlight product USP's

- Increase product awareness and usage

- Research the competitive landscape

Skills Required:

- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaigns

- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly

- Knowledge of finance is a bonus

- Portfolio with demonstrated campaigns and results

Compensation :

- We are looking for star performers and are willing to compensate them with above market salaries. In addition to the salary, there will also be significant allocation of ESOP's.

- The candidate will be working directly with the founders and get significant exposure to all functions of an early-stage startup limited not just to design but also product management, scaling up and technology.
