DESIGNATION - SR. CONSULTANT-DIRECT TAXATION JOB DESCRIPTION - KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS : We seek a CA/ LLB, with min. 4 years of post qualification experience for the following role: 1. Tax litigation preparation & representation of assessments, appeals and petitions including at CIT, CIT (A), DRP, AAR & ITAT levels. 2. Litigation Support for appeals and matters before High Court and Supreme Court. Consultation & Advisory on Direct Taxation (Domestic & International). 3. Advisory on international tax issues such as Cross Border Transactions, DTAA aspects, Withholding Tax, Transfer Pricing, Permanent Establishments, Foreign Company Strategies, Foreign outbound and inbound investments, JV and M&A, Repatriations etc. 4. Interacting with Senior Management of Clients groups - With UHNI and large Corporates from diverse industries for successful completion of assignments and maintaining a good working relationship with clients to enhance customer satisfaction.
