Job Description Dewan P. N. Chopra &amp; Co. ("the Firm") is currently hiring an experienced Professional having more than 6 years of post qualification experience in BANKING and FINANCE advisory matters. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting and advising in banking and financial advisory matters including relating to stressed assets, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, SARFAESI, financial and business restructuring and fund sourcing. The Firm is an independent/foundation member of the Leading Edge Alliance (www.leadingedgealliance.com)- LEA Global - the second largest international association in the world for independent accounting, financial &amp; business advisory Firms Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) - Assisting and advising in profiling and acquiring stressed financial assets and business units from banks or institutions and assessing preferred strategy for recovery/rehabilitation. - Assisting and advising in M&amp;A related services and in fund sourcing. - Assisting and advising in banking and financial advisory matters including relating to stressed assets, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, SARFAESI and financial and business restructuring. - Interacting with existing and prospective clients and associates to enhance business across service offerings for fund sourcing and banking advisory matters including relating to IBC and SARFAESI. - Interacting and coordinating with other verticals of the firm including tax and regulatory to attain relevant support for investment and financial advisory mandates. - Assisting and supporting the firms management to build and improve existing systems and processes to enhance operating efficiencies of this vertical. Ideal Candidate Profile: - We seek a candidate who has expert technical knowledge and practical experience in the above services - Chartered Accountant &amp; / or MBA (Fin) from a top tier B School - Excellent Communication &amp; Presentation Skills - Should be from good (School/ College Background) - Dynamic, industrious and result-oriented candidate required Estimated CTC Range : Commensurate with skill set &amp; experience.
