Job description As a key member of the Regulatory Division, the selected candidate shall be engaged in rendering professional services pertaining to Companies Act 2013, SEBI and NBFCs to corporate clients from diverse industries as well as UHNIs & Family Offices. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) - Advisory and Opinions on diverse matters under Companies Act 2013. - Advisory, Opinions and guiding compliances of NBFCs. - Experience and knowledge in handling queries and routine matters under SEBI. - Exposure to mergers, demerger and reconstructions. - Representation at Authorities. - Basic working knowledge and exposure to FEMA. - Interacting with Senior Management of Client Groups including UHNIs, Family Offices and large Corporates from diverse industries for successful completion of assignments and enhancing client dealings. - Strong Client management and relationship skills. - Supporting, training and mentoring the team to ensure timely delivery of quality work. Indicative CTC Range 17-25 Lakhs (commensurate with skill set & experience and linked to meritocracy. Best of industry standards) To Qualify for the Role, You must have 1. Requisite Experience: Over 8 years of post qualification experience 2.
