Key Responsibilities  The position entails rendering services for Direct Tax Litigation, Advisory, Transfer Pricing and Compliance services to reputed clients - domestic & international.   Key Responsibilities  1. Direct Tax (Domestic & International) Planning, Advisory   2. Assistance in Transfer Pricing (TP) including for TP Reports & TP Audits  3. Assistance for Transfer Pricing matters  4. Supervise & Execute Tax Compliance assignments independently  This role provides a unique opportunity for young, motivated CAs to gain excellent exposure in Direct Tax matters & to build their skill set whilst working with some of the leading tax experts in New Delhi  Ideal Candidate Profile  Preference shall be given to candidates who posses:  - Hardworking, motivated Chartered Accountant with prior experience in Direct Tax Litigation, Advisory and TP matters   - Strong academic background in school, college & during qualification as a CA - candidates that qualified in first attempt shall be given preference.  - Updated, In depth knowledge of Tax Legislation in India  - Sound commercial knowledge and high levels of self motivation  - High levels of motivation & discipline   - Excellent Communication and Presentation
