The selected candidate will be a part of the core team of Indirect Taxation division of Dewan P.N. Chopra & Co. ("the Firm") for advising & supporting the clients under Goods & Service Tax (GST) Legislation. He/she shall be responsible for rendering professional services in Indirect Tax including Litigation Support, Advisory and Compliance to reputed clients from diverse industries. The Firm is an independent/foundation member of the Leading Edge Alliance (www.leadingedgealliance.com)- LEA Global - the second largest international association in the world for independent accounting, financial & business advisory Firms. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Advice, planning and support on 'Goods & Service Tax' matters 2. Coordination with the department for obtaining approvals, registrations etc 3. Litigation matters before authorities at various levels including independent representations and providing assistance to seniors. 4. Planning & ensuring end to end statutory compliances related to GST including preparation & filing of the returns
