- Work collaboratively as an integral part of the management team in the development and execution of the business strategy, People plans and special projects. - Ensure HR support towards meeting overall business goals. e.g design relevant organization structures, productivity &amp; manpower efficiencies, consult on new business initiatives, etc. - Analyse business plan and develop/forecast of manpower requirements - Review organisational capability to ensure that an appropriately skilled and committed workforce is in place and that the appropriate structures are in place to meet business objectives - Talent Acquisition- To develop the acquisition strategy &amp; ensure hiring of high performing talent with the right skill sets. Execute the hiring plan. - To define Employee policies and HR SOPs based on the needs of the Division and in alignment with the overall DIL policies and procedures. - Ensure that the Employee Recognition program is appropriate to the business and employees- needs; should drive the critical behaviours for business performance. - Ensure all Compliances for Stores, RO. - Partner with Business head on Talent management decisions - Engage with employees at all levels in the division to develop a personal connect with employees and ensure that HR processes and initiatives are aligned to the needs, aspirations and concerns of the business. - To execute all other processes and programs that are an integral part of the HR function at DIL
