Devyani International - Manager/Senior Manager - Human Resources

1. Work collaboratively as an integral part of the management team in the development and execution of the business strategy, People plans and special projects. Ensure HR support towards meeting overall business goals. e.g design relevant organization structures, productivity & manpower efficiencies,consult on new business initiatives, etc.

2. Analyse business plan and develop/forecast of manpower requirements

3. Review organisational capability to ensure that an appropriately skilled and committed workforce is in place and that the appropriate structures are in place to meet business objectives

4. Talent Acquisition- To develop the acquisition strategy & ensure hiring of high performing talent with the right skill sets. Execute the hiring plan.

5. To define Employee policies and HR SOPs based on the needs of the Division and in alignment with the overall company policies and procedures.

6.Ensure that the Employee Recognition program is appropriate to the business and employees- needs should drive the critical behaviors for business performance.

7. Ensure all Compliance.

8. Partner with Business head on Talent management decisions.

9. Engage with employees at all levels in the division to develop a personal connect with employees and ensure that HR processes and initiatives are aligned to the needs, aspirations and concerns of the business.

10. To execute all other processes and programs that are an integral part of the HR function.
