Devyani International - Manager - Planning & Execution

The Business Planning & Execution Manager is responsible for the BD plan development and execution processes and deliverables. Driving the team to build executable market plans. To provide insight to management on how strategic initiatives are landing in planning and what business impact these plans are generating. Defining appropriate KPIs and building a solid reporting foundation.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

- Drive the definition of the BD Plan deliverable, in collaboration with the CDO and BD Leads

- Define and implement effective lifecycle process that drives clarity on how to create and maintain the BD plan- .i.e follow ups and close the BD plan

- Coordinate with stake holders on defined execution dates i.e BD visit dates, MM visit dates, feasibility dates, BOQs status reports, IA dates, Agreement Dates

- Coordinating with BD team for market planning and necessary document approvals.

- Coordinating with legal and licensing team for approvals and closure

- Coordinating with asset management team for their deliverables i.e registration status, rent nego. lease renewals etc

- Coordination with NSO(New store opening) leader to check the timeline status so that we do not miss any milestones

- Define, maintain and publish the BD Status Reports, matrix etc.

- Supporting the team in understanding and consulting about the overall alignment with the plans

- Take on any special projects or contribution to team projects when required.

- Coordinate and guide the team on their calendar & travel agendas

- Follow up on day to day task from the BD other respective team members
