GM- Sales (enterprise & Govt.)

- Provide feedback on commercial/ pricing matters to HO

- Assessing market opportunities and adapting growth levers

- Making territory/brand alignments for maximum impact in the market

- Provide market feedback to the Marketing/ BD team to enable them review PLC and other marketing decisions.

- Responsible for Sales and works through Regional Managers to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and brand objectives

- Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Managers

- Conduct regular meeting with the sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy

- Mentor sales and marketing leaders for the future

- Play a pivotal role in keeping up the motivation of the sales team

- Coaching and development of team members and ensure retention

- Provide timely feedback to the employee on performance

- Motivate people and liberate energies to perform better

- Monitor Sales Managers in locations : Delhi, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore and Hyderabad on sales activities/ initiatives.

- Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, key account management, expenses & profitability.

- Review sales performance and cost parameters, identify areas of improvement and provide feedback through monthly review meetings, visit strategic markets, decide on sales process improvement initiatives, lead quarterly meetings with field staff in order to ensure achievement of brand sales targets

- Field coordination in achieving the sales budgets & regular field works in building rapport with KOLs and involving them in various market expansion activities

- Review Sales and market share of the brand with Marketing Team

- Channelize efforts of Sales teams to engage key stakeholders

- Developing and nurturing key opinion leader pool for the brands

- Meetings as and when required for Launch, Product availability, Packaging, Distribution

- Ensure quality of distributor activities and Regional Sales managers across regions

- Implementation of Billing targets at all India level

- Conduct customer or training seminars as per the requirement of regions

- Monitor and analyze all sales reports received from Sales team and the customer feedback

- Ensure the confidentiality of the customer list, mailing lists and other sensitive company information.
