DevOps Architect - Product Based Firm

Key technical skills

- Hands on experience in Service Orientated Architecture (SOA) and Micro Services in an enterprise setting.

- A broad IT and Infrastructure background with experience of working in an IT Architecture role and will have recently worked in technical roles in large scale Cloud in AWS (Private and or Public) deployments (SaaS, PaaS).

A hands on background in scripting languages Perl, Python, PHP, Bash scripts.

- Deep understanding of Linux.

- Good working knowledge of Cloud Foundry

- Experience of designing multi-tier and complex architectures, using various application software and hardware components.

- History of Web / application servers Apache, NGINX, IIS, Tomcat, JBOSS,

- Hands on and Deep knowledge of automation technologies such as Salt, Chef, Puppet, Ansible and experience of designing, planning and building enterprise scale solutions.

- Source control and repository systems such as Bitbucket, Git, SVN, Nexus, TFS and how these can be applied in an enterprise setting.

- Experience with build systems Jenkins, Cruise Control etc.
