Designation: Software Development Manager / Sr. Software Development Manager (with 12 to 17 yrs of exp)

Job Description (Key responsibilities):

- Exceptional technical manager will be responsible for a core team of C++ engineers.

- Expanding and managing a high performance development team, including: hiring, mentoring and retaining talented team members

- Must demonstrate a sense of urgency and ownership to drive projects to completion and be successful in a collaborative environment.

- The Manager will be responsible to provide technical leadership and manage a team of engineers who will be responsible for design development and coding

Desired Profile (Required Experience/Skills & Education):

- Over 12+ years of experience in software Development industry with atleast 2 years of people management experience (10-12 people team)

- Work experience in all phases of systems development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum methodology).- requirements, development, testing, deployment & providing live support;

- Will be responsible for design, develop and support products throughout all phases of the life cycle;

- Solid understanding of web technology, browsers, user interface issues and quality assurance would b a plus.

- Possess exceptional technical leadership skill to lead large scale initiatives implemented by cross-functional teams that meet market needs with respect to functionality, performance, scalability, reliability, realistic implementation schedules, and adherence to development goals, principles and recognized industry standards.

- B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech. in Computer Science (preferably from premier institutes)

- Experience in Payments industry is a plus
