Job Summary:

- The ACM Development Manager is a key leadership role within the Company’s Content Management Program, and oversees a team of developers who develop, maintain, and enhance the our Content Management platform.

Job Duties

- Collaborate with the Product Manager and Project Manager to plan and execute projects, ensure the teams have appropriate product and technical specification, direction , and resources to deliver effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring the project remain on target to meet deadlines

- Work closely with the Program Architect, Project Manager and Business Analyst for understanding the functional and technical requirements

- Assist developers resolve both technical problems as well as human resource issues

- Monitor individual employees performance

- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development

- Ensure that the team implements features with high-quality, well-documented, test-driven, robust, maintainable code

- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Product Management team members to create best in class solutions

- Develop a big picture understanding of the customer use cases and detailed business requirements for which the software provides solutions

- Collaborate with the ACM Program Leadership Team in defining product vision and direction

- Use version control systems effectively, including an understanding of branching

Additional Information:

Years of Experience: 8-16

Level of Education: MBA with background of (BE computer science, MCS, MCA)

Experience and Skills:

- Master’s degree in information management/computer science, MBA, or similar degree with emphasis on software engineering, or substantial equivalent work experience

- Experience in calling Web Services using both WSDL/SOAP and REST protocols

- Experience with SaaS business model is strongly preferred

Hand on experience with the following technologies is must:

- .Net Framework

- C#.Net

- SQL Server

- SSRS

- Java Script (Amber, Knockout will be added advantage)

- Map technologies (MapDotNet, Bing etc).

- CI (Jenkin, Buildbotetc)
