Lead - Graphene - Carbon Nanotubes - Nanocomposites &amp; Nanomaterials Required Experience : 5 to 12 years experience in graphene development Required Qualification : Masters degree and PhD with core knowledge of developing Nano tubes &amp; Graphene Technology and Business development - The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Material Science with experience in, Graphene, Carbon Nanotube, Nanomaterials and Nanocomposites - The candidate must have a very strong technical background and communication, interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to achieving results with an interdisciplinary project team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DELIVERABLES : - Proper planning, designing, execution and implementations of all key initiatives assigned on time. - Implement project strategy, timelines, resource allocation and status communication; and costs; create and manage to risk mitigation and contingency strategies - Execute laboratory scale studies focused on chemical manufacturing processes; - Support final implementation and maintenance; Work closely with R&amp;D team to ensure the safe and effective operation of chemical production facilities. - Provide scientific and technical leadership and overall project vision - Lead the filing of any relevant new intellectual property - Develop and implement a plan for establishing the effort within the context of the international two dimensional materials science and business communities - Create and manage a team of technologists and experts. - Be responsible for directing project budgeting and resource management - Maintain project schedules, track key deliverables, progress toward milestones, timelines and resources. - Work within the Fund Management and other project team within the Fund to coordinate budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to meet external deadlines Report regularly on project progress - Coordinate and lead team meetings and stakeholder meetings - Support quarterly founder reviews by ensuring on-time preparation and delivery of required prereads and presentations KEY SKILLS &amp; COMPETENCIES : - It is strongly desired that the individual have industrial experience in Graphene and nanomaterial process development from laboratory to pilot plant scale. - Demonstrated or potential for world-class scientific leadership - Experience or strong potential for leadership in a high-tech start up environment Sufficiently wide technical background to engage on technical basis with scientists, investigators, and investors regarding the progress, prospects, and issues for diverse projects
