Development Director || 15+ years || Chennai, Bangalore || Tier-1 company

Role : Development Director

Yrs of exp.: 15 +

Base Location: Chennai, Bangalore

Product :

- 15+ years in IT (software & services) out of which 8+ years in Product Development.

- Minimum 5+ years with ERP and CRM or other enterprise class application product development.

- Must have in-depth experience in newer technologies:- Modern UX development, Cloud, Mobile, Analytics and Agile Frameworks.

- Should have experience in supporting PreSales and Solution Architecture activities.

- Oracle, SAP, MS or Salesforce.com product development experience preferred.

People :

- Must have managed a team of 20+ product developers including senior architects and managers.

- Excellent communication and administrative skills to manage and deliver in a matrix organization.

- Must be an excellent mentor and leader to a group of talented professionals.

- Should have experience in managing QA related activities.

Process :

- Must have experience in managing agile processes with short development cycles.

Note : In a nut shell, we need someone who has experience in product development in ERP,CRM or any other similar product suit .

Also, He/She should be a technical personal and not functional.
