Development Coordinator - Real Estate

- Support the Group Director through effective data collection & analysis, devise solutions for business issues; review reports to capture key highlights

- Manage MIS & back end by devising formats to be shared with function/department leaders in a simple & effective manner

- Attend Project & Finance Review Meetings, understand the status / progress & critical aspects of project for various strategic decisions for data collation

- Strong in data analysis & numbers

- Follow-up with projects, liaison, sales & marketing, finance & accounts and escalate issues wherever required; Get status of projects & opportunities from Project Heads/Function Heads

- Make presentations & interpret data & reports based on business dynamics, facts & figures

- Liaise with Government/ regulatory authorities/ statutory/ law enforcement agencies/ Architects/ Consultants / vendors / PMCs

- MBA, 6-8 years experience, 31-35 years of age, Rs. 14-15 lakhs per annum

- Experience with real estate developer or Project Management Consultants
