Technical Recruiter

What you'll be doing here :
- Develop, implement and execute hiring strategies for multiple tech requisitions across the Product, Data, and Engineering space.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers in the region and provide guidance on recruitment related activities
- Manage recruitment processes to identify and attract qualified applicants for selection
- Develop recruitment strategies to source and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified technical talents
- Actively research new recruitment methodologies, competitive intelligence to craft creative sourcing strategies
- Oversee job posting, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, initial assessments, interviews, and offer extensions
- Manage CV screen and conduct thorough behavioural based interviews and phone screens to assess both skills and attitude fit for the role
- Proactively and confidently manage the offer extension and closing process
- Track recruitment activities and prepare recruitment reports
- Conduct external benchmarking to understand high-reaching recruiting landscape and influence standard methodologies with team and partners.
- Collaborate with local Recruitment teams in creating streamlined hiring and onboarding processes for tech talent.
- Contribute to projects driven by the India Recruitment team
What we're looking for :
- Degree in Business or other relevant qualification
- 3+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience in a fast-growing tech company
- Previous technical experience a strong plus (Software development / Testing, product management/design, or data analytics)
- Strong hold on campus hiring planning and execution

- Highly organized and efficient with the ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines concurrently and within stipulated timelines
- Influential and collaborative while working with hiring managers and stakeholders ensuring that best practices are adopted and best-fit candidates are hired

- Knowledgeable of tech roles and requirements in the tech industry and familiarity with start-up environment and team structures a strong plus
