Role Title: Vice President Department: Division: ISTS - Shared Application Services Function: Standards and Tooling Key accountabilities: Product Manager for central SDLC tools and SDLC Governance About SDLC Standards and tooling - SDLC Tools and Governance team is a part of Infrastructure and Shared Technology Services and focuses on delivering enterprise development tools services and development standardization programs across Deutsche Bank and we are in the process of building out a strong and dynamic engineering team in Pune. Role Summary: - Product manager for central SDLC tools and SDLC Governance - Manage communications within team as well as with users and stakeholders - Contribute to Pune tech. centre build out. - This role demands good understanding of SDLC methodologies and best practices Key Tasks: - Translate product vision into roadmap - Conceptualize, prioritize and write succinct product requirements - Manage the development backlog, prioritizing new features, enhancements and defects - Communicate progress against the roadmap across the team as well as throughout the organization - Partner with engineering and user teams to perform produt discovery to ensure that we are building high-value, usable and desired features - Coordinate predictable, high-quality product releases - Track product effectiveness and continually work toward a tangible and sustained vaue proposition Experience: 8+ years Knowledge & Skills: Product Management Must Have: - Ability to communicate complex/competing ideas to all stakeholders - Ability to effectively break down requirements into user stories Domain Must Have: - Understanding of Continuous delivery - Understanding of SDLC Methodologies Nice to Have: - IB experience - Service virtualization Soft-Skills Must Have: - Very strong analytical skills - Strong communication skills - Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrix organizations - Excellent team worker Travel : Occasionally
