GTO Regional Management, the bank's hub for regional governance and regulatory framework, as well as our partners from Finance, Human Resources, Audit, Operational Risk and Legal, make GTO complete.  CIO - Risk is the technology partner to the Risk divisions of Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, Risk Analytics and Instrumentation, Operational Risk and Corporate Security & Business Continuity. This includes the definition of the IT strategy and provision of solutions to allow Risk to manage all aspects of risk from the analysis of counterparty credit risk to the protection of the Bank's infrastructure and information.  This role is to lead the Agile practice in our Pune engineering shop. The main focus of the role will be to establish the delivery approach & governance for 2018 and work with the engineering and Dev Ops leads to materially improve our overall delivery effectiveness, adopting an agile way or working.   Key responsibilities:  - Teaches, mentors and improves Agile practices and drives consistent practices across the organization.  - Coach and train senior leadership on Agile concepts and principle, and coach leadership teams to build, support and sustain thriving Agile Squads.  - Build and coach multiple high performing Agile Teams.   - Is the health monitor of the collective Squad: checking that commitments, pace and quality are on track.  - Identifies trade-offs between short and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the Squad.  - Act as mediator to resolve conflicts in the Team before they escalate.  - Recognize failure, recovery, and success modes in coaching style and make real-time adjustments.  - Fosters a continuous learning environment helping Squads to inspect & adapt, creating an atmosphere of trust and comfortable/efficient work environment.
