Role Description
 
Summary:

- Reporting Utility team coordinates key deliverables for internal stakeholders such as Deutsche Bank's Management and Supervisory Boards, as well as works closely with the business divisions and other infrastructure functions to ensure message alignment across the Bank. Examples include the monthly Risk & Capital Profile (- RCP- ) report, which provides a comprehensive overview of the DB Group risk profile to the Management and Supervisory Boards.

- In addition, reporting utility team would be engaged in a range of key strategic initiatives, in close cooperation with CRM, MRM and ORM, aimed at providing further enhanced transparency to risk information and thus supporting risk management action.

Responsibilities :

- Basic Reporting - Production of reports/thematic reviews covering Global and Regional entities

- Tracking and monitoring of regulatory commitments, new regulation and audit findings - Collect information/data from Risk, update Excel/Reporting and Track and Monitor status

- Prepare Monthly / Quarterly key risk reports - e.g. Risk & Capital Profile report

- Assiston new report production / analysis - e.g. Watchlist, US Risk & Capital Profile report

- Prepare reports based on Ad hoc requests driven by senior management or regulatory mandates

- Prepare any new regulatory reporting requirements - e.g. Finance / Risk reconciliations and alignment linked to various audit points, improving transparency and quality controls

Requirements

Training and experience:

- University degree and work experience within Banking

- Experienceof portfolio reporting and analysis, gained within a similar organisation

- Knowledge/experiencein more than one area of Risk (Credit, Market and Operational Risk)

- Knowledge/experience of Risk-Weighted Assets, Economic Capital

Competencies:

- Analytical and able to manage multiple tasks at once

- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and writing

- High level of precision in working style

- Proficiency with MS office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- Good level of numeracy
