Design Manager - Electronics

Job Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate the design idea and sketches and shortlist the designs aligned to the requirements

2. Develop the detailed design calendar aligned to the marketing calendar and present to the team and the NPD team

3. Present the design concept and technical drawing to the marketing team and other relevant stakeholders who are involved into the same.

4. Liaison with the NPD team in the development of the prototype and ensure that it meets the quality and design requirements

5. Review the PBPM developed along with all the technical specifications and release to the manufacturing team for mass production

Required Professional Background:

- Should be from Consumer facing industry (durables, appliances, watches)

- 9-13 years of experience

- Stakeholder management, team management and excellent communication.

- Education from design background
