Design Lead - Cosmetics

We're looking for candidates for the role of Design Head for a very well known luxury ecommerce cosmetic brand for Mumbai location.

Industry Preferred : Beauty/Personal Care/Cosmetics

Experience : 10+ Years

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

- Create customized content as per the respective advertising platforms.

- Build the visual communication strategy for our mid and long-term goals.

- Collaborate with the marketing and brand team in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities.

- Lead the creative output for our campaigns and brand communication from conception to completion.

- Collaborative approach to enable smooth functioning & coordination within internal & external teams.

- Increase engagement on all social media platforms through customized and upbeat & effective content

- Monitoring & Tracking Marketing Budget, Reduce the cost to company by efficaciously delivering all creative content in-house (Website, social media, Retail).

- Develop exclusive Video Content for all beauty products.

- Shooting & Editing Relatable of the content.

- Translate ideas and briefs to the creative team consisting of designers, videographers, photographers, and copywriters.

- Ensure all output is consistent with brand personality and across platforms (digital marketing, social media, website, packaging, print and TV add (If required).

Skills & Attributes:

- Excellent verbal and communication skills

- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

- Must be good at developing concepts for teams to work upon (internal & external)

- Experience in creating integrated content across all marketing channels.

- Experience in overseeing production timelines, and budget management.

- Agility in adapting to the ever-changing forms/platforms of visual communication

- Familiarity with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash etc.
