Design Lead - Architecture

An accomplished Designer who has experience working and/or collaborating with some of the leading design and architecture firms. (In the real estate sector)

- Adept in timely coordination and stakeholder management

- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors

- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices

- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)

- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship for the development of the design and projects team.

- Design Standards that Inspire - Implement global design standards and ensure adherence to Quality and Standards.

- Promote systems approach to develop and document design and use learning and patterns to develop product innovation

- Improve quality, accuracy, and innovation, through domain leads, in architectural, interior, lighting, and MEP design.

- Stay abreast of developments and trends in design innovation and design technology. Guide the team to incorporate the same

Qualifications:

- B.Arch. / M.Arch. from leading institutes with relevant experience of 15 - 20 years

- Strong track record - Excellent portfolio of previous works

- Possess creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Stakeholder management

- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design
