Design Head - Retail/Textile

We are looking for Design Head with a leading brand based at Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. End to end product development of seasonal collections based on trend forecasting and sales analysis

2. Will be responsible for handling a team of designers

3. Present design strategies every season to the board based on upcoming trends.

4. Collaborate with the buying team to ensure profitability of range/brand is maintained.

5. Co-ordination between design merchandising and production department to manufacture the exact approve style

6. Identify & inspect the final product as well as the incoming raw materials to ensure quality & cost efficient products.
