Job Title: Design Head

Summary: Seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Design Head - Content with 5+ years of experience in instructional design, content design or any related field. The Design Head would have the responsibility of leading a team of Instructional Designers and Content Development Specialist for the design and development of contents and courses for embedded and blended- learning environments while incorporating technology into design and deliverance. To identifying training and development needs: technical, behavioural, leadership and managerial needs, etc.

Required skills, experience, and mindset:

1. Professional Degree required in Instructional Design, Education or related field of study.

2. 5+ years of experience leading and delivering innovative Leadership.

3. Strong leader with demonstrated ability to drive and influence business leaders.

4. Knowledge of content management-related technologies like digital asset management, document management, enterprise search, social & collaboration

5. Hands on experience on designing, developing, delivering training module based on the requirements.

6. Metrics and results driven; track record of demonstrating impact of programs, tools and solutions

7. Knowledge of the latest, innovative online learning products and partners 8. Strong Program & Team Management experience
