Job Description / Responsibilities :

- Calling on Qualified Leads and fix appointments

- Meet prospects and understand their requirements along with designers. Leads and directs all activities of the client relationship management team with designated time frames while using tools and resources to drive a high level of productivity

- Get Proposal done and send it to prospects. Takes care of all relevant negotiations in terms of price, timelines and discounts in conjunction with the management.

- Strong motivation towards sales

- Strong Analysis of Competition and able to pitch USP of Design Cafe

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

- Strong negotiation skills.

- Keeps and drives the team to keep customer as the top priority

- Responsible for ensuring that the designated experience center/s meet that assigned targets.
