What does a typical day look like

1. Achieve Center level Sales targets

2. Realize Revenue from the Design stages - Planning, Invoicing & Collection

3. Drive Customer NPS for the center

4. Manage Designer and Sales Manager Performance

5. Lead Hiring and Onboarding to build capacity quickly for the center

6. Work with Ops to ensure seamless project delivery

7. Drive design and adoption of respective Designer Workflow and Sales CRM tools

8. Work with Accounts function to close books on time"
