Design Architect - Real Estate

Design for a Leading Real Estate Company - Delhi NCR

We are currently helping our client who are a reputed real estate organisation based out of Delhi NCR.

- Looking for an Architect, currently working in the real estate industry

- 12-18 years of experience

- Translate design ideas into design briefs to be handed over to design consultants and architects

- Appointment of consultants & project coordination

- Collaborate with various teams, i.e. liaison, projects, sales etc

- Ability to lead projects of large volumes and complex large teams

- Knowledge of Local regulations

- Track project progress and take correctional action with respect to design

- Comply with company defined guidelines and processes

- Recommend process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency /costs/productivity

- Experience with residential projects mandatory

- Education - B.Arch

- Post Graduation preferred, however, not required

- Location - Gurgaon
