Our client, a prominent financial institution recognized for its deep capital markets expertise and unwavering client focus, seeks a talented Derivatives Dealer/Trader to join their thriving Institutional Equities business. In this dynamic role, you will play a key role in identifying and executing lucrative derivatives strategies for our institutional clientele.

Responsibilities:

- Leverage your comprehensive understanding of derivatives products to discover and capitalize on arbitrage opportunities, encompassing market level tracking and dividend impact analysis.

- Implement effective rollover strategies, focusing on recognizing opportunities, managing levels, and factoring in dividend impact.

- Execute a diverse range of derivatives trades, including options, on Omnesys and GreekSoft trading platforms.

- Possess a strong grasp of option pricing models (Greeks) and their application in trading strategies.

- Utilize advanced Excel functionalities to analyze market data, construct trading models, and generate reports.

- Maintain a keen awareness of market trends and regulatory changes to inform trading decisions.

- Cultivate a strong understanding of client needs and risk profiles to tailor derivative solutions.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Institutional Equities team to achieve optimal trading outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Derivatives Dealer or Trader at a reputable brokerage firm.

- Proven track record of success in identifying and executing profitable derivatives strategies.

- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, derivative products (options), and arbitrage and rollover techniques.

- Proficiency in utilizing Omnesys and GreekSoft trading platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
