Derivatives Analyst/Strategist - BFSI

- Identify, research and develop new strategies and ideas in the area of derivatives.

- Understand the current broader index/stock trends and create forward looking outlooks on the same.

- Come up with investment or trade themes/ideas and use derivatives for the same.

- To arrive at valuations of stock/Index based derivatives using derivative pricing models

- Formulate and prepare reports for single/multi leg derivative strategies for bullish/bearish/neutral trade scenarios.

- Formulation and preparation of reports on option Greek based strategies and pair trades.

- Formulation and preparation of reports on arbitrage/risk free/ holding cost minimizing derivative strategies.

- Create new ideas for trade or portfolio based derivative hedge strategies.

- Identify and communicate strategies/products/reports to existing internal and external clients.

- Help enhance/deepen client relationships

Must Have:

- Understanding of F&O segment, F&O strategies, strategies based on Greeks, option valuations.

- A master's degree in finance or a related field. A CAIA designation is a plus

- Exposure to the Indian financial markets is a must

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work and collaborate with different departments in the organization.

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and deliver results.
