Derivatives Analyst / Derivatives operations / Leading Company based in Banagalore

The Derivatives Operations Analyst is responsible for optimization and execution of moderately complex daily derivatives operations and financial services activities ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. In this role , you will collaborate with internal and external business partners on day to day business operations and drive continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities -

- Perform daily operational activities including trade confirmations, settlements, reconciliations and all trade life cycle events and ensure internal and external deadlines are met.

- Act as a key liaison with traders, external business partners and other internal and external counterparties to manage operational tasks, communicate and resolve operational issues.

- Monitor and run system processes, control reports, system feeds, reference and static data, error analysis and remediation action.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control standards.

- Prepare and analyze financials, metrics and reports

- Suggest improvements and process and system enhancements to mitigate risks, reduce costs and improve efficiency.

- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications - Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

- Experience in exchange listed futures, options and over the counter cleared derivatives and other relevant financial instruments on commodities

- Experienced in leveraging financial and business systems to monitor business activities and aid in decision making

- Confirmed system and operational knowledge in the end to end trade flows and trade life cycles of exchange listed futures, options and over the counter cleared derivatives from trading to clearing and all post trade activities

- Minimum of three years of related work experience

- Experience in working in a regulated derivatives environment with compliance and control teams

Must-Haves:

- Derivatives Operations in the US market (3 to 8 years exp)

- Derivatives Top day clearing (3 to 8 years exp)

- T+1 reconcilation experience (3 to 8 years exp)

- Exchange listed futures

- Joining time - not more than 30 days

- Shift timings is 8 pm to 5 am
