- To contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- To decide planner (mailing/calling the client to fix up a meeting)
- To research and find new clients and improve sales.
- To attend conferences, meetings, and industry events/shows.
- To prepare a presentation, samples to share with the customers.
- To see samples are ready within timeframe.
- To develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- To coordinate and follow-up with clients over e-mails
- To manage call report (contacted customers)
- To submit expenses reports, bills to the accounts Dept.
- To handle queries related with clients.
- To conduct meeting within CRM dept.
