Deputy Zonal Head - Education - IIM/ISB

Chief Responsibilities will include:

- Academic Delivery Quality

a) Coordinating with Central Academics Team on implementing of curriculum and academic programs across campuses

b) Monitoring and evaluating school and principal performance on the same

- School Operations

a) Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures

b) Supervision of school infrastructure and administration

- Resource Development

a) Identifying manpower requirements and collaborating with HR on getting the right talent

b) Identifying skill gaps and developing training programs for addressing the same

- Assisting the principal in supervision and evaluation of teaching and non-teaching staff

- Marketing and school promotional events - collaborating with the Marketing team for the same

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA from Tier-1 B-school, preferably with 2-6 years of experience in Operations

- Excellent communication skills

- Self-driven and capable of working in unstructured environments

K-12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading education management services company that operates and manages over 50 schools: 42 in AP, 5 in Bangalore and 3 in Mumbai this year. We are aggressively expanding in Bangalore and Mumbai and expect to set up nearly 10 schools each year in these and other tier-1 cities across India.

Standardisation of academic delivery is ensured through our Central Academics Team, which conducts its own research into leading education practices and designs our own curriculum, textbooks and lesson plans with micro details.

We are currently funded through the VC route - our first tranche of investment was by Seqouia Capital -SONG in 2010, followed by Sequoia again in 2011 and Navneet Publications, with whom we have strategic alliances.

We are currently operating with 2 brands - Gowtham Model Schools (GMS) in Andhra Pradesh (40+ schools providing state board syllabus) and Orchids - The International Schools (OIS) (pan-India brand of 10+ schools providing the IGCSE and CBSE syllabus).
