DVP / VP - Mid Corporate lending business   Location : Delhi:  Key objective of the role :  Develop relations with Mid Corporates, handle team of RM for sourcing and Credit evaluation / underwriting of lending deal between 20-50 crores for North  Job Profile :   Developing and maintaining relationships with Mid Corporates & channel partners for mid corporate lending.  Planning & implementing initiatives to board new Mid corporates / channel partners. Responsible for achievement of targets in terms of loan Book, Fee and NII being sourced through Direct /Channel partners.   Responsible Mid Corporates North Business. Handling team of Relationship Managers -Mid Market lending  Leading key client negotiations such as Loan Structure, Amount, Collateral and ROI etc.  Working closely with Credit, Risk team to ensure operational efficiency and timely delivery of disbursement.  Regular monitoring of relationships, to ensure health of portfolio, right mix for optimum return. Flagging off requisite cases to higher ups for intervention.  Maintain MIS on a monthly basis with regular updates.  Key skills requirements  - Team Handling /Leadership qualities  - Collaborative & Co-ordinations Skills  - Sales & Credit Evaluation Skills  Educational Qualification:  - CA / CFA / MBA  Desired Experience:MUST  - 8 to 12 years experience in sourcing / Relationship with Emerging / Mid-Corporate only in Delhi / North in any NBFC or bank covering emerging / mid corporate.
