80 to 85% of Current Hiring is for Front Line Sales
Should have managed Walk In Events, References, Employee Referrals, Campus Hiring, Consultants, Institutions, All forms of Recruitments of Front Line Sales Team

1) Sales Hiring and Recruitment for Lateral and Campus Placements through Competency Based interviewing tool and Predictive Index.
2) Performance Management and Review Analysis
3) Talent Management and Employee Engagement Initiatives at Regions.
4) Behavioral training's for employees, based on TNI analysis
5) Launching quarterly HR projects that further gets replicated and forms as one of the best HR practices implemented in the organization on Pan India level.
6) Driving R&R sales sessions on quarterly basis.
7) Conducting Regional Employee Surveys -"Pulse"/Hewitt- "Great Places to Work"
8) Strengthening HR Communication - e-Newsletters,building PAN India HR Connect with field teams.
9) Diversity initiatives- aligning business objectives sustaining CSR model for the region.
10) Competency Mapping and Succession planning.

13) HR Analytics - Building dashboards & HR Metrics.
